However, many studies have no research design, lack rigor and have a confusing structure toward user experience evaluation in virtual reality serious games. Therefore, this paper proposed a research design to construct the VirtualSG Model to evaluate user experience (UX) in an Immersive Virtual Reality-Serious Game (IVRSG). This paper offers suggestions for a research design involving a Problem Investigation Phase, Model Development Phase, Model Evaluation and Documentation Phase. Moreover, this paper reviews elements of UX evaluation on virtual reality and serious games. Abstract
The design of research projects is crucial in science, social science, and many other areas.
