Preliminary study suggested that motor output performances were non-linear superposition relationship in parallel condition, but the research was not in-depth. In this paper, the linear ultrasonic motors output characteristics in parallel condition were researched. Designed a parallel rotating platform composed by three U-shape linear ultrasonic motors, and researched the relationship of output performances between single motor and the parallel rotating platform in different driving modes and conditions. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of different driving ways and established motion mechanics model of parallel rotating platform.
