The institutional system of school evaluation is permeated by international and national policies that present it as an instrument to classify students and institutions through the sovereignization of the exam over the right to education and comprehensive, human, political and ethical training, where stagnant practices are revealed in the positivist paradigm that leads to the fragmentation of thought and knowledge, Therefore, the objective of the essay is to reveal the importance of visualizing the school evaluation system from the complexity, uncertainty and precariousness of the realities to achieve clairvoyance in the end of education and evaluation in terms of forming citizens with a new eco-organizing, supportive, democratic, conscious and happy self-thinking, which reaches the sr and transcending. The methodology used is the documentary analysis of theorists and norms that have strengthened the conception of evaluation and public policies that frame practices in the classroom, giving rise to the need for a true evaluation system that empowers the subject as an indispensable part of the cosmos to enjoy. of a citizenry, society and planet with ethical principles.
