The methodology used is the documentary analysis of theorists and norms that have strengthened the conception of evaluation and public policies that frame practices in the classroom, giving rise to the need for a true evaluation system that empowers the subject as an indispensable part of the cosmos to enjoy. of a citizenry, society and planet with ethical principles.
