It provides personal health-related information, customized preventive health information, and practices the concept of preventive care. However, due to the inconvenience of data input and concern of personal data leakage, the penetration rate of PHR has not been effectively increased. This paper uses NFC to provide PHR conveniently with a real-time input and authorization mechanism such as NFC tag writing, NFC tag input, quick start of NFC tag authorization, and a mobile phone NFC peer-to-peer authorization. Through the usage of NFC, the issue of inconvenient data input and data leakage of PHR can be solved. 随着近场通信(NFC)技术的普及,很多手机都内置了标签快速存取、数据传输、身份识别、微支付等NFC功能,使得个人健康记录(personal health record, PHR)以人为本。它提供个人健康相关信息,定制预防健康信息,并实践预防保健的概念。然而,由于数据输入的不便和个人数据泄露的担忧,PHR的普及率并没有得到有效的提高。本文利用NFC为PHR提供了方便的实时输入和授权机制,如NFC标签写入、NFC标签输入、NFC标签授权快速启动、手机NFC点对点授权等。通过使用NFC技术,可以解决PHR数据输入不方便和数据泄露的问题。结果有助于提高初级医师的使用率,实践预防保健理念。
