SMALL AND MEDIUMSIZED ENTITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR, THEIR POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract

The article considers prospects and potential for the development in Russia of non-industrial (extensive) poultry farming and cheese making. The experience of France in this sector is analyzed, the ways of development in Russia are suggested.
