Abstract

In the new era, the cultural industry and the tourism industry are increasingly close. Ruijin, as one of the representative places of Red tourism in Hunan and Jiangxi, is conducive to the planning and design of tourist areas, improve the tourist experience and develop the tourism industry by studying the satisfaction of its red tourists. 文旅融合视角下红色游客满意度及提升路径研究——以瑞金红色景区为例
在新时代,文化产业与旅游产业的关系日益密切。瑞金作为湘赣红色旅游的代表地之一,通过对其红色游客满意度的研究,有利于旅游区的规划设计,提高旅游体验,促进旅游产业的发展。有机构建了包含23个指标的瑞金红色旅游游客满意度评价体系,通过描述性统计分析和因子分析提取影响游客满意度的因素。研究表明:(1)影响红色游客满意度的五个关键因素是红色文化的传承与应用、旅游环境、旅游购物、旅游基础设施和旅游服务。(2)红色旅游中,游客整体满意度较低的因素主要是旅游基础设施和旅游服务;(3)对游客满意度影响最大的因素是红色文化的传承与运用。最后,在实证分析结果的基础上,分析了瑞金红色旅游区存在的问题,并提出了提高游客满意度的发展路径。
