طقوس التهود فی باب المتهودین

Abstract

ترجع أهمیة الدراسة فی باب المتهودین إلى إثبات أن الدیانة الیهودیة هی دیانة تبشیریة، ولیست قاصرة على شعب أو جنس بعینه، مما یؤدی إلى إثبات کذب وجهة النظر الیهودیة بشأن نقاء العرق الیهودی، بالإضافة إلى دراسة مصدر من مصادر التشریع الیهودی بوجه عام والتلمود بوجه خاص، ومحاولة فهم مضامین تلک التشریعات، وأهم الأحکام الواردة فیها، بالإضافة إلى بیان الأحکام والطقوس الخاصة بالتهود، وکذلک توضیح الصفات والتشریعات العنصریة التی یحملها الباب تجاه غیر الیهود. وتناولت الدراسة بیان الشروط والطقوس والأحکام المتعلقة بمسألة التهود فی الشریعة الیهودیة، وتلک الطقوس هی الختان والتعمید وتقدیم القرابین، وبیان شروط الختان وکیفیة تعمید النساء والرجال بالإضافة إلى تعمید الأوانی، کما تناول الفصل کیفیة وإجراءات تهوید الأطفال والأحکام الخاصة به. وقسم البحث إلى عدة نقاط وهی؛ مقدمة عرضت نبذة عن باب (المتهودین)، وبیان مشکلة الدراسة، وأهداف الدراسة، وتساؤلات الدراسة، وبیان الطقوس التی یمر بها المتهود، کالآتی: الختان، والتعمید، وتقدیم القرابین، انتهاء بالخاتمة، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع. Studying the topic of the converts is significant in proving that Judaism is a missionary religion not confined to a particular people or race. This shall conclusively confirm the falsehood of the Jewish viewpoint of ethnic purity. This study also tackles a source of Jewish legislation in general and Talmud in particular, and tries to understand the contents of such legislation, and the most important legal rulings contained therein. In addition, it explains the rulings and rituals of Judaization, as well as clarifying the ethnic qualities and legislation in this topic towards Goy. The study deals with the conditions, rituals and rulings related to the issue of Judaization in Jewish law. These rituals are: circumcision, baptism and offerings. Moreover, the conditions of circumcision and how to baptize women, men and utensils. It also deals with the ways, procedures and rulings of Judaizing children. The research consists of: an introduction presenting an overview of converts; problem of the study; objectives of the study; hypothesis of the study; and converting rituals, such as: circumcision, baptism and offerings; conclusion; and bibliography.
