Abstract

During the last four decades, the growing need for and deployment of Renewable Energy Systems (RESs) has led to the construction of numerous RES power systems, including solar-photovoltaic (SPV), biomass-based, wind, small hydro, and so on. SPV has become one of the renewable energy sources that has evolved steadily in recent years and has been used to electrify fragmented and widely dispersed rural areas in India. The extensive use of these RESs necessitates the usage of data acquisition to gather information for purposes of tracking and evaluating the deployed system's execution.
