The students were defined as students who take English course program and those who do not. In collecting the data, the researcher used mixed-method approach. The English vocabulary mastery test and questionnaire were provided to gain the data. The test was a multiple-choice form. The instruments were analyzed statistically with SPSS 24. The result of the test by conducting Mann Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference of English vocabulary mastery between both groups of students. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to discover the effect of students’ participation in English course program on their English vocabulary mastery.
