The final research results show that the overall sense of happiness of private college teachers in developed areas is still relatively low. The work pressure of private college teachers is mainly from the highest proportion of family income, followed by the school assessment, job promotion, and the lowest factor is from student and interpersonal relationship. Abstract

教育供给侧改革下发达地区民办高校教师幸福感研究——基于广东省某高校教师的问卷调查
中国经济发展进入新时代,经济发展新常态已从“速度优先”转向“高质量发展”。中国高等教育发展阶段已逐步进入大众化高等教育阶段。在这一特殊背景下,我国在高等教育领域开展了声势浩大的供给侧改革。因此,本文基于幸福视角对中国发达地区民办高校教师进行深入研究具有一定的意义。本文以广东省某高校187名教师为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,基于SPSS23.0统计分析软件进行调查。最终的研究结果表明,发达地区民办高校教师的整体幸福感仍然相对较低。民办高校教师的工作压力主要来自家庭收入占比最高,其次是学校考核、工作晋升,最低的因素来自学生和人际关系。在最重要的影响因素中,物质条件的影响最大,其次是身心健康、个人价值、家庭生活、人际关系,最小的是社会地位和休闲生活。
