Using Fractal Theory to Study Application in Library and Information Science

Abstract

As a nonlinear science, fractal theory has already been becoming an important method in the study of complex system. In this paper we make a preliminary study on the application of fractal in library and information science in the following three respects : 1) Fractal and classical bibliometrics law; 2) Uniform bibliometric model; 3) Fractal and library.
