Abstract
The article is devoted to the implementation of the e-government system
- its positive aspects and features. The emphasis is on how citizens perceive
e-government systems. We were especially interested in how the process of
informing citizens about the electronic platforms is going on, based on this,
what the level of the awareness of the population is, and to what extent the
efficiency and user-friendliness of the implemented systems are evaluated.
Awareness and transfer of knowledge to citizens is an important step, in case
of incomplete implementation of which the implemented systems cannot
provide adequate efficiency.
