Abstract

With the help of the samples T-test of IBM SPSS 25.0 and based on the comparison between the experimental class's and the native English writers' articles, this paper explores the effectiveness of teaching English argumentative writing in college from the perspective of Engagement System in Appraisal Theory. It is found that before the experiment, there are macro and micro differences in the engagement resource density between the experimental class's and the native English writers' articles, but after the experiment, these differences no longer exist, and the diachronic comparison of the experimental class's articles shows that this writing teaching mode has high effectiveness of promoting learning. 基于spss25.0评价理论的参与系统视角下中国大学生英语写作教学有效性研究
本文借助IBM SPSS 25.0的样本t检验,在对比实验班与英语母语作者文章的基础上,从评价理论的参与系统角度探讨大学英语议论文教学的有效性。发现实验前实验班与英语母语作家文章的投入资源密度存在宏观和微观差异,实验后这些差异不复存在,对实验班文章的历时性比较表明这种写作教学模式具有较高的促进学习的效果。本研究可以为英语议论文写作教学引入一种新的方法,使中国英语学习者掌握地道的英语写作模式,促进第二语言写作研究。
