الحدود الامبریقیة لتنمیة المجتمع المحلى فی ضوء تحدیث منظومة التعلیم The Empiricism boundaries of community development in light of the modernization of the education system

Abstract

هدف البحث  الى التعرف على  إمکانیة تحدید المستهدفات الامبریقیة لتنمیة المجتمع المحلی من خلال التحلیل والاستدلال علی قدرة المستحدثات فی النظام التعلیمی المزمع تعمیمها فی الوقت المعاصر علی إحداث تغییرات إمبریقیة فی مجال تنمیة المجتمع، وهل یمکن لتلک الأبعاد أن یکون لها مردودا إجرائیا مباشرا علی التنمیة فی المجتمع المحلی فی ظل الأوضاع الحالیة التی تعیشها مصر، وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: تشیر الإسهامات المتوقعة لمنظومة التعلیم الى قدرتها على  تنمیة مهارات الإبداع والتفکیر من خلال تفجیر الطاقات الإبداعیة فی برامج وأنشطة تنمویة، والاکتشاف المبکر للطلبة الموهوبین والفائقین، کما أکدت مساهمة النظام التعلیمی الجدید فی استثارة مخرجاته للمشارکة فی تنمیة المجتمع من خلال تعزیز حب العمل الیدوی لدى الطلاب، وإتاحة فرص إسهام الطلاب فی الخدمات  الاجتماعیة التطوعیة، وأن المعوقات التی تحد من قدرة المنظومة الحدیثة للتعلیم فی تحقیق أهدافها نحو تنمیة المجتمع  هى عدم وجود تعلیم مهنی حقیقی یتناسب مع الاحتیاجات الفعلیة للمواطن ،وتهمیش دور المجتمع المدنی فی رسم الخطط والبرامج التعلیمیة. The aim of the research is to identify the possibility of identifying the objectives of the impiricism goals for the development of the community through analysis and inference on the ability of the innovations in the educational system to be circulated in the contemporary time and the extent to which they are able to make changes in the field of community development, and can those dimensions To have a direct procedural impact on the development of the local community under the current conditions in Egypt, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the expected contributions of the education system in the development of creativity and thinking skills through the explosion of creative energies in programs and activities Development, early detection of talented and outstanding students, as confirmed by the contribution of the new educational system to provoke its outcomes to participate in the development of society by promoting the love of manual labor among students, providing opportunities for the contribution of students to voluntary social services, and that the obstacles that limit The ability of the modern education system in achieving its goals towards the development of society is the lack of real vocational education commensurate with the actual needs of the citizen, and the marginalization of the role of civil society in drawing plans and programs.
