Abstract

INTRODUCTION Modern companies act in specific conditions that create new requirements for their efficient function. Powerful manufacturing facilities or raw material advantages have long been insufficient to provide competitive advantages. Intangible assets of the company, such as trademarks, patents, goodwill, and know-how become more and more important.
