Without employees, companies are not able to survive in today’s market. The purpose of this research paper is to explore the factors that affect the workplace environment, and consequently faculty members' performance at private sector universities of Peshawar, Pakistan. The study is a quantitative research and data was collected through a structured questionnaire which was self-distributed to faculty members’. Convenience sampling was used for collecting data from 150 faculty members.
