Convenience sampling was used for collecting data from 150 faculty members. Abstract

Organizations around the world whether business or educational cannot work without the support of employees’ because they are the ones who keep the organizations business going on for centuries. Without employees, companies are not able to survive in today’s market. 巴基斯坦白沙瓦私立大学工作环境对教师绩效的影响
