Abstract

Vision and mission are the ultimate goals that serve as guidelines for school activities and serve as the basis for the strength of quality service to students. However, many schools only make the vision and mission merely exist but do not become meaningful guidelines for the delivery of education. This study was aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of the vision and mission in school management. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies.
