TO THE QUESTION OF USING A VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY IN THE RESOCIALIZATION PROCESS OF MINORS CONDEMNED TO PUNISHMENTS NOT RELATED TO IMPRISONMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes certain issues of the implementation of measures of a resocializing nature in relation to convicts without isolation from society, who have not reached the age of majority, with the help of their active involvement in volunteer activities. Based on the results of the study, ways of expanding the practice of using volunteerism in the process of resocialization of minors are proposed, aimed ultimately at strengthening the interaction of subjects implementing the tasks of resocialization, and volunteer organizations, as well as spreading best practices in this area to as much as possible the number of territorial bodies of the Federal penitentiary service.
