With the recent advancement in the field of Cloud computing, it has become a new way of doing business. Cloud services play a crucial role in terms of on-demand services on a subscription basis. A number of available enterprises offer a large number of Cloud services to their customers with the equivalent functionality. Due to accelerated adaptation and vast availability of Cloud services, it is very difficult for the users to decide about the best service providers and the reason for its selection. Quality of Service (QoS) is the essential factor that has taken into account when selecting a cloud service with respect to users requirement. This paper discusses the fuzzy based Analytic Hierarchy Process (fuzzy-AHP) to efficiently tackle both quantitative and qualitative decision factors involved in selection of cloud service provider in current business scenario.
