Data collected includes the candidates' profile such as gender, local or overseas graduate, reasons of failure etc. The system was created to enable IEM to observe, for example, the difference in gender performance during the PI and to track which part of the PI that most candidates fails. Included in this paper are the preliminary results from analysis of the data. Abstract
