The findings indicate that the Management Information System support policy is formulated in the school’s vision, mission, and goals; the implementation of the Management Information System-based school is conducted through the development of the human resource competencies. Yet, the knowledge management processes based on the objective of national education in using information technology to support school-based management is unavailable. Abstract
