First of all, we defined the concept of smart classroom and network teaching platform, and combined with the needs of online teaching. The basic architecture of intelligent teaching platform under SCT mode is established. Then, based on the software development process, applying object-oriented thinking and MVC framework, the dual-mode service platform of PC and mobile is designed. In the specific design, ASP.NET and MySQL database development technology are used to realize the client access between PC platform and Android, as the design of key modules. Finally, taking physical education teaching as an example, the platform is tested and analyzed. The results show that the program can meet the needs of physical education teaching process.
