This model will be connected to backend database that contain billers information and each biller has unique biller id and any biller has biller services that’s need to pay for, this model has seven main functions those functions will be consumed by any web, mobile or any kind of app need to pay to any biller in Sudan its simplify the access to billers and any document related to this services providers, any function was prepared to pass and return value all those seven functions return JSON object as response, any application can consume any web service with no need to read the document of the web service so any application developer want to develop an application or consume this billers services in existing application only needs to target biller service by consuming this biller service with appropriate parameters and he also needs to handle the JSON response in the developed application, this model will solve the two main problems of paper Which are the difficulty to add and manage billers in the backend and the billers services need to documented with updated WSDL (web service Description Language) and also developers need to contact CPOS (Central Bank Of Sudan) for document of specific biller and the new Services in this document. Abstract
