Ways of organizing innovative activities of an enterprise based on the evaluation of innovative potential

Abstract

Организация инновационной деятельности предприятия ‒ одна из составляющих развития инновационной деятельности страны. Первым этапом организации инновационной деятельности предприятия является оценка его инновационного потенциала. Под инновационным потенциалом авторы понимают не только ресурсы, доступные для инноваций, но и инновационные механизмы, предполагающие развитие инновационного потенциала через инновации и инвестиции. Такой подход позволяет сформулировать адекватные инновационные цели, разработать инновационную стратегию развития. Предлагается оценивать уровень инновационного потенциала предприятия путем введения и расчета интегрального показателя, составляющие которого: производственно-технические ресурсы, необходимые для реализации инновационной деятельности, уровень инновационного развития, обеспеченность информационными ресурсами и внешней среды: конкурентоспособности предприятия на рынке и участия в реализации принципа «тройной спирали» ‒ партнерства государства, науки и бизнеса. Organization of innovative activities of an enterprise is one of the key parts of progression of innovative activity of the country. The first stage of the organization of innovative activity of an enterprise is the assessment of its innovative potential. By innovative potential, the authors understand not only the resources available for innovation, but also innovative mechanisms involving the development of innovative potential through innovation and investment. This approach allows us to formulate adequate innovative goals, develop an innovative development strategy. It is proposed to assess the level of innovative potential of the enterprise by introducing and calculating an integral indicator, the components of which are: production and technical resources necessary for the implementation of innovative activities, the level of innovative development, the availability of information resources and the external environment: the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market and participation in the implementation of the principle of the “triple helix” – partnership of the state, science and business.
