The Establishment of The Burnout Syndrome Among Healthcare Professionals During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

he main purpose of this study is to investigate to what extent the burnout syndrome has been established among healthcare professionals involved in treating and managing COVID-19 patients. Several categories of medical personnel were analyzed, namely physicians, nurses, carers and stretcher-bearers and also administrative to find out which category of medical staff is most affected by the burnout syndrome.
