The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test, while this Hypothesis Test is Partial Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) The marketing strategy is included in the fairly good category with the achievement of an average TCR value of 78.10%. (2) Employee welfare is in the good category with an average TCR score of 81.90%. AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) To describe the marketing strategy of Rismato's tempeh home industry in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. 摘要本研究旨在找出(1)描述占碑市拉贾瓦利村Rismato天贝家居产业的营销策略。(2)了解占比市Rajawali村Tempe Rismanto家具业员工的福利状况。本研究设计采用定量研究方法,采用观察法(observation)、问卷法(questionnaire)、访谈法等数据收集技术。在这个研究中,总共有30个调查对象。本研究采用的研究工具检验技术为效度和信度检验,经典假设检验采用描述性分析、正态性检验、齐性检验和简单回归检验,假设检验采用偏检验。本研究结果表明:(1)营销策略被纳入较好的类别,平均TCR值达到78.10%。(2)员工福利较好,TCR平均得分为81.90%。即营销策略对要销售的产品有很强的影响,而员工福利是直接或间接提供的报酬,以改善员工的财务状况,通过营销策略可以增加收入并影响员工福利。关键词:营销策略;员工福利;
