Abstract
As a new kind of liquid biochip, Photonic crystal (PC) encoded beads chip utilizes the structure color of PC and the fluorescence label to encode and detect biomolecules respectively. In this paper, the mechanism and the optical structure of the detection instrument for PC encoded beads chip are described.
