Abstract

Fundamentalist research in the well-known issue in the science of jurisprudence (Does ordering a thing require the prohibition of its opposite?) - under the heading of the opposite - and the two issues (aloud and hidden) and (shortening and completing), a jurisprudential problem, which is that those charged with their shortcomings or negligence choose to do some Worship at the time when something more important is obligatory and it is opposite to that action, as if he commanded something (such as removing the impurity from the mosque and the holy places), which necessitates the prohibition of praying at the beginning of its time. Does it require invalidity or not? . Therefore, this research aims to understand an issue in which the sayings of the scholars conflicted, and the ideas of the virtuous people deviated, by understanding the meaning of order and standing on the sayings of the scholars and showing their validity, for the entrance of this issue in solving many of the afflictions of the private and the common people.
