Abstract

The global technological environment, which mediates the interaction of mankind with the biosphere, carries technogenic and environmental hazards and serious anthropological and social risks. Today there is a tendency in which every improvement of the technogenic system ultimately increases its negative impact on nature on the principle of negative feedback.
