This research is a descriptive study with a correlational approach with a sample of 30 people, where the data analysis is presented in the form of a frequency distribution and Speraman Rank test. The results obtained that the results of statistical tests using the correlation coefficient test with a significance of 0.003 or 0.003 > 0.05, the correlation coefficient value of 0.498 means that the relationship is quiteThe conclusion in this study is that there is a significant relationship between greetings and greetings with the level of patient satisfaction with health services at the Puskesmas Darusallam Health Center in 2021.
