The proposed algorithm is about embedding an encrypted Electronic Patient Record (EPR) in Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) resultant of a medical image that is decomposed into third level with Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), where the EPR is encrypted using Elgamal encryption, and Arnold map is also exerted in order to increase the randomness and unpredictability levels and to make the algorithm more complex. Abstract

Sharing a secret via the internet needs huge protection challenges to keep it in clean hands, and far away from several ways of maleficent manipulations, e.g., hacking and spying.
