Abstract

新冠肺炎时期网络教学综合评价指标体系构建与实证研究
新冠肺炎疫情的发生直接带动了中国大规模网络教学的发展,网络教学质量问题成为公众关注的焦点。本文从“教的评价”和“学的评价”两个维度出发,构建了包含“课前准备”、“课中教学”和“课后反馈”三个二级指标、12个评价因子的网络教学综合评价指标体系。对旅游酒店专业在线教学的实证研究表明,学生对在线教学平台和在线教学效果的评价都很高。可以看出,老师课前准备充分,课中负责任,课后反馈有效,学生达到了自己的学习目标和期望。疫情结束后,可采用“PAD + BOPPPS”教学模式,实现“线上教学”与“线下教学”的无缝对接。
