Furthermore the traditional EEG electrodes suffer from stability in long term recording sessions. Abstract
We have shown that the spatial resolution of electroencephalography EEG, is as good or better than that of magnetoencephalography MEG. In addition, the instrumentation for EEG is at least an order of magnitude cheaper than that for MEG.
