Analysis of Digital Innovation Effect of Manufacturing Industry Based on Scenario Theory

Abstract

This paper introduced the concept of "scenario" in practice for the first time. This paper used the panel data of 640 listed Chinese manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2018 to empirically study the digital innovation effect of manufacturing industry and further investigated whether the decision-making style of managers influenced this effect. Finally, according to the research results, the paper put forward reasonable suggestions on the digital transformation of the Chinese manufacturing industry.
