The paper discusses the implementation of game elements and mechanisms into non-game contexts in order to increase the interest of pupils and, in particular, their motivation to become familiar with the local landscape. The gammified learning-education system wasimplemented through a website that is adapted to the most widely used information and communication technologies – smartphone and tablet.
