Abstract
A digital T/R module based on direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology is presented in this paper. The phase and amplitude of the module can be adjusted by a digital technique. A test bed based on 8-unit digital T/R modules is built and tested successfully for demonstrating the feasibility of the digital T/R module. The main experimental results are given and analyzed.
