On the basis of this, an IDM based on the adaptive resonant frequency selection is proposed to eliminate the NDZ by dynamically selecting the disturbance frequency according to different system power. Abstract
In this paper, the mechanism of oscillation frequency shift and the occurrence of the non-detection zone (NDZ) of the state-of-art islanding detection method (IDM) with current disturbance of selected frequency is revealed by developing the current disturbance sensitivity model.
