Abstract

In the conditions of deregulation and the established electric power market, the way of business management changes and the functions of electric power production, transport and distribution are clearly defined and separated. Power distribution faces the fact that they have a customer on one side and transport and electric power manufacturer on the other side. Everyone in this chain, with the customer as the last link, has a direct influence on the quality of delivered electric power, which means that it is very important to provide a permanent and quality relationship between these two factors.
