Abstract

Educational policy is the process and activity of value selection based on the expression of educational meaning and the initiative of education-oriented regulation. Educational policies in the new era should build an appropriate logical system, guided by new educational concepts, and transplant, adjust, and end education policies by optimizing the combination of educational policy elements, so as to effectively solve educational problems and rationalize value demands. The education policy of the new era should adapt to the educational policy environment and the need to enhance the legitimacy of the education policy; to adapt to the deepening of the understanding of the subject of education policy and to solve the needs of real education problems; to adapt to the extended changes of public educational interests, avoid the lagging of education policies, and realize the need for education harmony.
