Abstract

Relying on the advantages of electric power enterprises in running schools, integrating enterprise, academic and political resources, we are committed to the pre-service and post service training of electric power talents in ethnic underdeveloped areas, build a lifelong learning platform, and help the development of electric power industry. Through the pre-service and post service talent training system, we can form a deep integration of teaching and training, which is in line with the integrity, pertinence, structure, dynamics and environment of talent training objectives, and feedback principle model runs through the whole process of electric power workers’ career in underdeveloped areas. 信息化与产教融合因果循环模式下民族地区电力人才培养模式研究
依托电力企业办学优势,整合企、学、政资源,致力于民族欠发达地区电力人才岗前、岗中培训,搭建终身学习平台,助力电力事业发展。通过岗前岗后人才培养体系,形成教学与培训深度融合,符合人才培养目标的整体性、针对性、结构性、动态性和环境性,反馈原理模型贯穿欠发达地区电力职工职业生涯全过程。针对不同岗位群,以信息化和产教融合为基础,利用Vensim软件构建产教融合因果循环模型,建立岗位课程体系,实施目标电力技能课程培训学习,逐步完善培训学习内容。
