The results showed that compensation has no direct effect on employee retention, work-life balance has no direct effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee retention, compensation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an indirect effect on employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and work-life balance has an indirect effect on employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
