Abstract

In this paper, design of ZCS soft switching converter-based gate driver monolithic integrated circuit (IC) is presented. The circuit is developed in B6035 high-voltage bipolar process technology of Sichuan Institute of Solid-state Circuit. It consists of voltage detection logic, switch driving, isolation transformer excitation voltage blow-down unit circuits.
