Reflexões sobre formação para a docência na Educação de Jovens Adultos e Idosos

Abstract

RESUMO: A EJAI é uma modalidade que se configura a partir de processos de lutas por direitos. Consequentemente, a formação de professores/educadores para a modalidade também constitui espaço de afirmação. Assim sendo, há um aumento gradativo em relação ao enfoque na formação do/da docente para/na Educação de Jovens Adultos e Idosos, visto que por muito tempo ela tem sido invisibilizada. Por isso, este trabalho tem o objetivo analisar os processos de formação de professores/as para a atuação na modalidade EJAI. Para isso, utilizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica baseada em autores como Arroyo ( 2014), Romão (2010), Libâneo (2012), entre outros. Os resultados esperados apresentam a necessidade de uma pauta reconhecendo a importância da modalidade como representação do tecido social.Palavras-chave: Formação inicial. Formação continuada. Consequently, the training of teachers/educators for the modality also constitutes a space for affirmation. Consequently, there is a gradual increase in the focus on teacher training for/in the Education of Young Adults and Elderly, since it has been invisible for a long time. Therefore, this work aims to reflect on the training processes for the modality. For this, we used a literature review based on authors such as Arroyo ( 2014), Romão (2010), Libâneo (2012), among others. It is expected that this work outlines that the training of educators to work in the modality is a necessary agenda due to the importance that the Education of Youth, Adults and Elderly represents in the constitution of the social fabric.Keywords: Initial formation.
