Thanks to mathematical computer modelling and experimental researches: 1. the concept of the crystal localization function on a substrate for the purpose of minimization of a root-mean-square diversion of operating temperatures is offered; 2. the use of the dichotomy method for allocation automation of crystals of light-emitting diodes according to objective localization function is offered; 3. a complex method to increase the temperature stability of a lamp with LED filaments is offered. Abstract
