Zn<inf>0.985</inf>Cu<inf>0.014</inf>O nanoclusters remained in wurtzite structure with size of 8 nm. Room-temperature ferromagnetism was observed in the Cu doped ZnO nanocluster-assembled film. Moreover, it exhibited a large saturated magnetization of 1.37µ<inf>B</inf>/Cu and increased to 3.68µ<inf>B</inf>/Co after the deposition time was increased. Abstract
