Education and suffering are connected through human ties. Students' perception of suffering in education is multidimensional, which can be divided into three dimensions: society, teachers and students themselves. The suffering of rationality in education is not deliberately imposed by people, but a kind of real existence in the educational activities that conform to the purpose, law and humanity, otherwise it is unreasonable suffering. Abstract

Education is the basic way of human existence, and suffering is an essential part of human life. Education and suffering are connected through human ties. Students' perception of suffering in education is multidimensional, which can be divided into three dimensions: society, teachers and students themselves. The suffering of rationality in education is not deliberately imposed by people, but a kind of real existence in the educational activities that conform to the purpose, law and humanity, otherwise it is unreasonable suffering. In view of the suffering in education, we should balance the contradiction between internal and external needs, improve teachers' caring ability, and guide students' reasonable pursuit.
教育中的苦难及其有效解决
教育是人类生存的基本方式,苦难是人类生活不可缺少的组成部分。教育和苦难通过人际关系联系在一起。学生对教育苦难的感知是多维的,可以分为社会、教师和学生自身三个维度。教育中的理性之苦不是人们故意强加的,而是一种符合目的、规律和人性的教育活动中真实存在的痛苦,否则就是不合理的痛苦。面对教育中的苦难,要平衡好内外需求的矛盾,提高教师的关爱能力,引导学生合理追求。
