Research on market-oriented business insights from the perspective of improving quality and efficiency based on quantitative analysis

Abstract

Since 2018, the company has carried out a multidimensional lean management system reformation with “data connection, multi-dimensional accounting” as the main content, and promoted the value transformation of data resources by integrating business financial data and refining accounting units. Since 2020, facing severe internal and external operating pressures, the company has proposed to improve the quality of development and promote business efficiency. Based on the consideration of project economic benefits and cost control level, this research constructs a comprehensive project benefit evaluation index system. With the help of quantitative analysis of project profitability, development capability and cost structure, it achieves a quantitative score on the project’ s comprehensive benefits and assists company to optimize business marketization, which provides suggestions of resource allocation decision for company.
