Abstract

This paper describes Monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) and MMIC modules for 120 GHz 10-Gbps or more wireless data communications using ASK and QPSK modulation schemes. Record transmission distance of 5.8 km was established using ASK architecture MMICs at a data rate of 10-Gbps and a carrier frequency of 125 GHz.
