The results of the research found that 1) Different personal factors affect an employee's corporate commitment depending on the work environment. the existence of the nature of the job mental state at work reward and management within the organization towards the work. and 2) Human resource management that affects the commitment t in the organization by 42.50% caused by the organization having personnel with knowledge and abilities to work. A common opinion was accepted. Has unity among the team and has a good feeling towards colleagues, supervisors, thus reducing resignation from work. Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the personal factors affecting the organizational commitment of employees in the transportation and service industries in the Eastern region to support the EEC and 2) Study the human resource management that affects the organizational commitment of employees in the transportation and service industries in the eastern region to support the EEC.
