Abstract

Taking into account the entire context of environmental pollution and the need to develop clean alternatives for power generation, the focus of this work was to carry out a conceptual study of the application of piezoelectric material in cargo ships and to verify how much energy can be generated. The piezoelectric material could be used in order to maximize the ship's overall efficiency and minimize the pollution generated.
